The ICRS has secured a room block at the Biddle Hotel (in the Memorial Union Building) as well as dormitory-style accommodations at the Union Street Apartments on Indiana University campus. 

Biddle Hotel (attached to the conference center)

• Room rates:  $119 - $139 + tax/night, Dates available: July 6 – 11, 2025.

Union Street Apartments (dormitory-style)

• Union Street Apartments are located on campus and are a 15-20 minute walk from the conference venue. 

• These accommodations are quad apartments (4 private rooms) that are equipped with 2 bathrooms to be shared between two registrants. The sink area is located outside the bathroom for convenience.
• Each room (4 per apartment) contains a single bed with extra-long mattress, a chest dresser, a smaller chest drawer, bookcase, and a desk.
• The common area has a couch, chair, a coffee table, and a dining table. Kitchen has a fridge, but pots, pans and silverware are not included.
